Smashed Avocado Recipe

This smashed avocado recipe is perfect for smashing, tasting, and eating. We have cut down ingredients to make it super simple and more likely for kids to eat and love. Have fun!

Step one. Everyone wash your hands.

Wash hands

Chop 2 tsp cilantro very finely and cut 1 lime in half

Cut avocado in half and remove the pit

Put avocado, lime juice and cilantro in a bowl

mash ingredients together with fork, potato masher or your hands

Mash and mix it all together. You can use your hands!

Eat with something crunchy.
