How do I make an appointment?

Click on the Appointments tab. Pick your preferred coach to have an appointment with. You do not need a membership to book an appointment. Let the coach know if you prefer a weekday or a weekend and a time range. Your preferred coach will then send you a possible appointment date and time. If it doesn’t work use the comment section to discuss and find a time that works for both of you. If it does work click on confirm and you’re good to go!

At the time of the appointment check back and you should see a button that says ‘Join call’. You’re coach will be waiting for you.

When will I be charged for an appointment?

You are charged after both you and the coach confirm the appointment. 

How do I cancel an appointment?

To cancel an appointment simply swipe left on your scheduled appointments until a pink X comes out. Click on that X. 

What’s the cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance you will not be charged. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the start of the appointment will be charged the full amount for that appointment.

How do I allow microphone access for appointment calls?

If you see this error message “The request is not allowed by the user agent… Allow access to your microphone to continue” you need to turn on your mic. Foublie calls are made through your browser. This means your browser needs to be able to have its microphone on!  

Go to Settings on Safari (or browser of choice)

Make sure your Microphone is turned to ON.

Help! I don’t know if my promo code worked!

How do I know how much I was charged?

You will receive an email receipt any time you are charged.

How do I cancel my membership?
