Earth Made Kitchen Pop Up
Lemon Oregano Dip
Hi! I’m Amanda, founder of Earth Made Kitchen and I’ve teamed up with Foublie to share a delicious, healthy and easy free food activity!
Earth Made Kitchen is a learning hub for all things food. Recently, I launched Earth Made Mini Kitchen, which focuses on healthy cooking for kids through interactive virtual workshops!
With everyone staying at home these days, it is a good time right now for parents and kids to cook together, while also learning about healthy foods.
Here is the Earth Made Kitchen Lemon-Oregano Dip recipe that you can make at home with your toddler. Get ready for your toddler to become chefs, because they will be doing most of the cooking with this recipe!

PARENT AND LITTLE ONE STEPS
Get the ingredients ready
Yup, get em all out!
Parent step: Cut the lemon into 4 wedges. Keep one for this recipe, use the other for spa water!
We are going to be playing with food after all.
Scoop out the greek yogurt
Put 1/4 cup of greek yogurt into a bowl.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the bowl.
You may need to pick out the seeds!
Crush the dried oregano with your fingertips and add that to the bowl.
Earth Made Kitchen tip: You can do this with dried herbs to add more flavor.
Foublie tip: Ask your little one, what does it smell like?
Add garlic powder and pinch of salt
Scoop it out and add it in.
These are optional steps, but why not give em a try!
Mix it up and enjoy!
Stir, stir, stir. You want to mix everything together real nice.
Serve with Melba toast, crackers or fresh veggies.
For older ones, this is the base of the Earth Made Kitchen sandwich! Spread a layer on both slices of bread, add veggies, deli meats and cheese. Slice in half and yum! Tuck in.
